Darkness over Daggerford Enhanced Released! Ossian Studios is thrilled to announce that it has released an enhanced version of their first game, Darkness over Daggerford, as an official premium module for Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition. This new version was worked on for many months and includes new music, new portraits, new VO for main characters, and most importantly about 500 improvements to the original game based on player feedback. Darkness over Daggerford is currently available on Steam at a discount of 15% off until June 8. Lastly, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the Neverwinter players who have given Daggerford enhanced such a warm and supportive reception, even after 12 years from its original release - that was wonderful to see!

Besides The Shadow Sun coming out this Thursday on Android, Dragon Age Inquisition also released this week - BioWares latest dark fantasy action RPG. So I started thinking back to my days at BioWare and the people on Baldurs Gate team that would later lead development on Dragon Age. Theres a fun Easter egg photo in BGII Throne of Bhaal that actually shows all of us on the team. Im the one sitting and grinning in the bottom left. lead artist, Matthew Goldman, who ...is now art director on DA, is sitting next to me holding oversized gamebox. And Mark Darrah, lead programmer standing arms cross just next to him, is now executive producer on DA. Its neat to think how far weve all come, yet were all still making the RPGs we love to play. DAI looks awesome, so to Mark, Matthew, and the rest of the DA team - congratulations! Whens it coming to mobile? ;) Weve already made own dark fantasy action RPG with The Shadow Sun, so who wants to see a Dragon Age Inquisition mobile game now?

The Shadow Sun has made its worldwide debut in the Apple App Store today! If youve been itching to play a great iOS RPG over the holidays, with thrilling combat, compelling story, meaningful role-playing choices, and a beautiful world to explore, then look no further. Priced at $7.99 for a limited time holiday sale, grab it while you can before it returns to its regular price of $9.99 on December 28th. From the Ossian Team: It was almost 4 years ago exactly (December 2009) that we sat down and decided to go all in and make an iOS RPG the likes of which nobody had ever seen on the Apple App Store. Since that time, many things have changed on the platform, but vision and persistence never did. With The Shadow Sun, we released the deep, story-driven role-playing game we set out to achieve, and were extremely proud of the accomplishment. We hope you have fun playing it!
