It's time to tell you more about the future location! Well, the new place for survival will be - tadam! - a prisn for mentally ill criminals. This dreadful place contained those who killed people because they believed in paranormal forces or "heard voices", who told about their special mission to "clear the earth before the rise of the dead" and performed really bloody sacrifices. This new place if literally saturated with desperation and madness. You can easily get lost an...d go mad in some of the corridors. For easier navigation we'll sahre some spoilers firstly, there will be an administrative building, a residential building, a warehouse, a garage/workplace, a park and a yard for the prisoners to walk and seceral security towers - remember that, it will come in handy. secondly, the most interesting part is waiting for you in the residentaial building you'll find general and high-security cells, cells for lunatics, a medical unit, death penalty unit with a viewing room for visitors, a psychiatrist's room, a morgue and many other curiosities. Are you intrigued? It's better to see once than to hear a hundred times!

The Village of Survivors - a new location we're creating at this very moment! The village is a special place. Before the zombie apocalypse it was inhabited by farmers they cultivated the land, bred animals. When the zombie virus hit the worls, the village became one of the main transshipment points for the survivors. You might meet some locals there - alive or dead. By the way, it was one of the players who gave us the idea of creating this location. It's a good example of... why you should take part in polls and competitions! Do you like the location? Merry Christmas, survivors! If you've been good boys and girls this year, zombie Santa wishes you happy holidays! He knows this year was extremely hard for you tons of zombies and mutants, permanently looking for food and weapons. It made your survival hardes, but you made it through nevertheless. It has three floors you can run on, several rooms and a hall you can investigate, attic ceilings and a summer terrace that beckon to soak up the sun. Hello everybody! Let's continue quest. As you can remember, after the gang attack only 5 of your group had left. Now you had to become a new leader and take care of the survivors. You decided to find a new temporary shelter. On the second night you managed to hide inside an old barn, but your people were hungry and exhausted. In the morning you inspected the territory on your own and found a railway. It led to an abandoned platform where you restocked and decided to get b...ack you your people. Suddenly a survivor blocked your way. He started begging you to share a half of your loot in trade for information about a secure shelter (where his group is heading supposedly). What do you do? A. Won't risk and leave all the loot to yourself you had trusted strangers once and lost your close people, home and weapons. You won't let it happen again. B. Risk and change some of the loot for important information. What else can you do? After all, if the survivor trusts you, you'll have a chance to make an agreement, unite your groups and wind the shelter together.

Due to this resources on those locations may reset, including the suvivor's dead body, enemies and their bodies, boxes, traps, doors and passes of all sorts. The changes will affect 16 (!) locations! Are you afraid of the dark and nightmares? The night brings many zombies in the forests. The darkness makes it harder to detect them so we've thought about special glasses for night stalkers. They'll let you better coordinate your actions and easier survive the night. If zombie-apocalypse did happen what would your first night be? Blind Zombie = Safe Zombie? You can find an odd idea in one of the Zombie Research Society's articles. The point is that if you stop a zombie from blinking it will go blind and will stop seeing its potential victims. The author of this theory drives the following reasons to prove his idea After not blinking for 15 seconds you get the dry eye syndrome.... After not blinking for 1 minute the thickness of your cornea goes down by 3%. So if your eyes stay dry for long you'll start to go blind. We haven't tested this theory (and we don't recommend this to you) but we'd like to discuss it. What do you think? Will blind zombies be worse at following their preys? Share your ideas with us!

Check out here to refresh the events of the previous entry In short you gave shelter to two new survivors but another group demanded to hand them out for execution otherwise you'd have to pay the price. You collectively decided to fight the bastards but... got into a trap. Turns out the bandits never planned on leaving anyone alive. In the end several people from your group died and only you with four other members managed to survive.... One day you will get your vengeance on the band's leader but not today right now you don't have neither weapons or people or even enough food. You feel devastated, zombies are getting closer and other survivors are counting on you to become their leader. As the new leader you have to decide what to do next. What will you do? A. Find new temporary shelter staying without a safe place is worse than having no weapons. Besides you need to take care about group's wellbeing. B. Go to the nearest small town to get food and weapons. This is very dangerous but you think that providing your people with food and means of protection is more important than a shelter.

"Serpensortia!" the developers said and with a wave of a magic wand created a snake. Ok, maybe it wasn't that easy but magic definitely was involved even if you count the magic hands of modellers and animators. ;) How do you like the zombie-snake? It's too early to let it into the game yet though because of its creepy looks it seems that it's ready to attack any second. By the way, does anyone remember where "Serpensortia" comes from? The spell which created a snake to attack the spellcaster's foe?

THE FUTURE OF RAIDER'S CAMP Hi everyone! We've already told you about the upcoming visual overhaul of Raider's Camp location. Now we're ready to show you the screenshots! Take a look at how the location has changed the raiders have set up a camp near the ring-road. This location definitely has its advantages in case of a sudden zombie attack raiders can quickly gather their things up and hit the road. But there surely are some downsides to such base location. Do you know who creates game levels? Level designers! They assemble locations from scratch (or reassemble like in previous videos) and make them more interesting, pleasant or even creepy. For example, the cabin from the video below will adorn at least one of the locations while the barbwire and the boarded up windows will add ambiance. There is one thing we have in commom with zombies. It's called... INSOMNIA. You probably know that sleep improves memory and learning skills. Also you should remember that in most movies and shows zombies never sleep and don't stop their search for fresh meat. Just imagine that zombies learnt to rest and sleep! They would become perfect hunters. At least they would navigate better try to open doors, explore unknown buildings. In short, they would become a little bit smarte...r. So if you ever find a sleeping zombie wake it up right away! Do you think it works the other way round? Can you become a zombie if you don't sleep for a long time? What do you think?
