The explanation for Admirals Recruiting Rate in Naval Academy Dear Commanders, Due to the recent doubt in recruiting rate in Naval Academy, the relevant situation is described below:... 1. The chart that some players saw on the Internet was the old file in 2017, which includes the rate of Daily Refresh (which contains low rate for dropping high quality admirals) and GEC/Recruitment Directive refresh (which contains a relatively higher rate for dropping high quality admirals). In later updates we had added a guaranteed mechanism and raised the chances of dropping high quality admirals, with the old files being discarded in the meantime. 2. The actual rate in game is the same as announced. The rate we announced is the rate for admirals of different quality at each refresh, as there are three admirals at each refresh in the Naval Academy. To further clear your confusion, we are now releasing the corresponding statistics and arithmetic below the post. Guaranteed Mechanism the guaranteed mechanism will be triggered after 19 refreshes in a row without epic (purple) admirals showing up. More galaxies have reached a new chapter... Standard Galaxy 418-425 Transferable Elite Galaxies ... Old 1, 101, 102, 104, 105, 107, 108, 111. New G140 Server Merging Time April 22-April 29, 2020 Event Notes Commanders in Standard Galaxy can access the Server Merging interface via the event list. The Server Merging interface contains detailed conditions and regulations for server merging. Commanders qualified for entering Elite Galaxies can transfer to one of the specified Galaxies; Commanders below the conditions will be able to make the conditions within the one week event time and still be able to move to the Elite Galaxy or choose to be transferred to Standard galaxies randomly. There will be player number limits for transferring to old Elite Galaxies, the limits vary from different Galaxies; there will be no player number limits for new Elite Galaxies. Commanders can check your transferring status by manually refreshing in order to transfer to the Galaxy you want in time. Commanders successfully transferred to old Elite Galaxies can obtain extra rewards. Rewards will be given via Mysterious Gifts after transferring. Please check the Server Merging Event interface for detailed information. After moving galaxies, all alliances will be lost, but the stats of alliance structures created in the elite galaxy will begin from a standard relative to a normal galaxy's alliance level 21. Alliance members will be compensated additionally during the merge event for their lost alliances. Compensation is based on amount/levels of alliance buildings as well as size of total controlled territory and consists of GEC, crates and more. In the elite galaxy, commanders can contact each other to reform or create new alliances. When the merge event begins, please quit and relogin to the game to receive your merge reward BEFORE JUMPING to the Elite Galaxy! If you do not collect your reward in your current galaxy, it will no longer be available after jumping to the Elite Galaxy.
