Hello Folks, We checked on your complaints about session open on another device. And heres what we found If you are logged in on the Bingo Blingo game through any other app, like Facebook Games Arcade (Beta) and havent logged out of it before starting to play Bingo Blingo from elsewhere like your mobile devices/desktops/laptops and regardless of your operating system (OS) - Android; iOS; Windows, you will get the error as marked out in the attached image. Hence, please c...heck where else you may be signed in, and please LOG OUT if you have been on, say Facebook Beta before playing on Facebook! Remember, simply closing the Facebook Beta window wont help. This is not a Bingo Blingo game/app issue. Even if you have the game opened on different browsers like Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox AT THE SAME TIME, the moment you try to play on any one, you will get the same pop-up. Like & Share! Hello Players, We would request you to kindly do the following to help Support resolve your issues faster & more effectively. 1. Please send screenshots of your Game Summary (available at the end of every round) when reporting issues such as mispayment (completed a room but getting paid for some other room); no winnings for bingo positions (1st 2 18, 2nd etc).... Here are a few links for different platforms Windows - Link iOS - Link Android - Link Going forward we will not be able to credit/refund tickets without screenshots, especially for players who report/have reported same issues repeatedly. It helps the Tech team to have a visual reference so that they can investigate the issue better, and avoid a possible future recurrence. 2. If you think that the Tournament room charged you the first time, before playing the second round, make sure you have screenshot your ticket count at the start of the second round. And then again at the end of the round. 3. Screenshot wherever necessary, but make sure what you screenshot aids your info/issue! 4. In case you feel you have lost tickets due to any game glitches, please report it then & there. Do not play more rounds & lose more tickets and then report the issue. 5.
