The pulse crystals used to craft these relics arent easy to find, and you might not end up getting the relic you want anyway. But now the entire galaxy can shudder at your combat might!... The maximum effect for all Pulse relics is 20%, but for upgraded relics, its 40%! However, keep in mind that Entity, Shadow, and Spirit relic upgrades have no effect in Squad Wars.
