Each Faction has the specific convoy for that faction. So, you will see only the convoy that is related to your faction. You can create a fireteam only with players who are in the same faction as you. As rewards, you will get faction spheres (like the ones you get in PvP battles) and with a chance, Faction Heroes (there will be one hero on each faction) or equipment for your faction base troops.
