Rest assured though that any penalised account was properly, fairly and thoroughly investigated before any action has been enforced on it.... Any masters who deliberately exploited the bug have been identified, & issued with an appropriate punishment. Greetings, Masters. In this post, team would like to address a bug-related issue regarding Clan battle rewards from last week. It came to knowledge that certain players had been abusing a bug related to the Region Defense reward distribution mechanics in the game, thereby giving themselves a huge amount of dishonest Astrogems every time they log into the game since the last patch that took place on June 25. ... Rest assured that team has fixed the bug in question in order to maintain a fair environment for all. Furthermore we managed to remove all the unclaimed Astrogems from the inboxes of recipients. Despite the progress made, the problem however still remains to be addressed. MSL team would like to inform community, that any masters who deliberately exploited the bug will be identified and be issued with an appropriate punishment. If you already claimed some unlawful Astrogems with no specific intention of causing bug to occur, Don't worry too much, as we will certainly draw the line between the exploiters and the victims. However, please keep it in mind that any Astrogems obtained through the bug will be deducted from the current balance of Astrogems in your account by no later than July 1, regardless of whether it was intentional or not. Once again, team would like to remind masters that abusing bugs/glitches is a bannable offense as per the Community Guidelines. Thank you. MSL Team.
