My Cafe Game is hosting a Festival Marathon, again! Every township can participate, and the great thing is that there will be both individual and township prizes! There will be a total of FIVE festivals back to back in April. This means that not only will there be a weekend festival, but there will be festivals on weekdays too! There will be a ranking system for this particular event which ranks both individual players and townships. Hey guys! We have decided to launch an additional mid-week festival this week. Starting today, at 11.00 UTC and finishing on April 9th, 11.00 UTC ... Important Details Your town will not move up or down a league by the results of the festival - your league will stay the same. This festival will allow you to earn additional diamonds from fulfilling tasks and you can also compete in the regatta to get extra festival rewards for your township. The Barista Challenge and the Bunny Game will help you with some of the tasks! Trophies earned during this festival count toward the season. This festival is not part of the Festival Marathon, which is going to start on April 10th. Please stay tuned, and thank you for spending time with My Caf! Disclaimer After the recent festival, please be prepared for server stability. In the event it does occur; Delay taking tasks until news is shared. Avoid purchases until news is shared. Avoid entering the game until news is shared. If you submitted a task and the trophies aren't there, it will be automatically added by the end of the fest. Hi guys! We have some important general game issues to address. But first, if you have any festival issues, see this post ... If your question isn't answered, comment it down below. Please read it carefully. General Game Issues Contacting Support - Please do not contact support about any issues we have stated here or on the recent post. Only do so if otherwise stated. Support is dealing with thousands of issues and will resolve your issue as soon as possible. Please also keep in mind the number of tickets you create. Creating an additional ticket will NOT speed up the process. In fact, it will only delay it for you. Please create just one ticket and wait. We promise that support will get to you. Link Incorrect Tasks - When you look at an opponent's balloon, it may seem like they have too many tasks (some instances show over 4 possible tasks). This is a bug from the server issues and will be resolved soon. Township Phone Orders - Some of you may only see one township phone order. We are looking into it and that should be resolved soon. Purchases - There are errors in the processing of purchases by iOS and Google. The problem occurred on their side and they are doing their best to solve it. Unfortunately we, Melsoft Games, can't influence this process in any way. If you don't receive your purchase within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the App Store or Google Play support for a refund. You may also contact support team to have the item sent out, the choice is yours. Link Best regards.

We understand that players are facing a lot of issues, and we are doing best to restore the servers. Some Common Comments & Concerns - All trophies are not shown correctly now and we need to wait for the server to restore to bring the trophies back.... - In-game mail can be unavailable and it will be back when the servers are restored. - Game chats can become unavailable and they will be back when the servers are restored. - The Bunny Game can disappear and come back in a couple of seconds. - All payments may be lagging, so you may want to wait until the server is restored. To those who have lost something (i.e. diamonds) - please report to support service. We are trying to process everything, but we are overloaded and are currently processing issues with payments and resources counted into tasks as well as the Bunny Game. Thank you for the patience.

This version will not have the updated exterior - as we have found a bug with it. We'll keep you informed about that. Android players couldn't get into the game with the new exterior, and we have to switch it off for all Android players in Update 2020.4.... We're sorry about this, and still hope for your understanding - it is much better to allow all players to enjoy the new update with all of its new features, than to keep the new exterior and make the game unavailable for a lot of Android players.
