At present, in Border Kingdom, only allows players to dispatch and garrison 1 star units (But players can recruit higher level units). In Winter Kingdom, only allows players to dispatch and garrison 1&2 star units (But players can recruit higher level units). In Midsummer Kingdom, allows players use 1 star & 2 star & 3 star troops.... How to check the restriction in each sever?
