UPDATEPopreach believes that they have fixed the issue with Reporter so players that have experienced the blank calendar should try to collect again. If your calendar is still blank after trying again please fill out the support ticket. Possible issue with October Reporter. Some players are reporting a blank calendar and Reporter telling them that they have already collected their gift. I dont know what is going on but I have notified Popreach that there may be an issue.

Popreach would like any player that has lost items to fill out a support ticket and give them some info to help them track it down. Information they need is When did/are you experiencing the issue? What model device are you using? (An iPad 5 or Samsung Note or whatever kind of device) What is the operating system of your device? (IOS version what? Android version what?) Android 2.0 is out! BUT!!! Please read Just like iOS this version incorrectly deducts stardust when you grow the dinosaur eggs. There is a hotfix coming that will address the issue. So you can do one of 3 things... 1) Update and just dont grow eggs 2) Update and not care that youre spending stardust 3) Hold off until the hotfix is released If you did build the eggs and spent stardust you did not want to spend you can fill out a ticket and Popreach will reimburse you.

Android Update As I know folks have noticed, Prehistoric update has been delayed. Unfortunately this is out of control. All of us are waiting for Google to release the update. We sincerely apologize for the delay and thank all of Android players for their patience. Those of you that gift will notice that some villages will remain ungiftable until they are updated. ... As soon as the update is available in the Google Play store we will notify players.

Out for iOS the 2.00.1 bug fix. This addresses the prehistoric eggs deducting stardust when they should not. Please install this to fix that issue. Android is on its way but it has not been released yet Im sorry to say. All players that gift regularly should be aware that because of this version discrepancy gifting will be a bit challenging for a few days. Please do not stress if you cannot gift your friends, nor should you be worried if you do not receive gifts.

PLEASE READ The new update is live. And I have a heads up - when you purchase Paleo-Smurf and his eggs, they say they take dye and stone and wood to build, but when you upgrade them they use stardust instead of the stone or wood. They take coins and stone (for example) to purchase, then end up using dye and stardust to upgrade them. If youre short on stardust you may wish to pay attention. I will alert Popreach about this but wanted to give you guys the heads up first. ... Also the new wonder can only be placed in the water. If you did already spend stardust to upgrade the eggs, please fill out a support ticket and Popreach can reimburse you for that stardust. There is a hot fix coming to fix the issue. But may take a day or so for Apple to approve things. So players have 3 choices Upgrade and just dont grow those eggs If you have already grown the eggs and need your stardust back please fill out a ticket and they will reimburse you. Hold off until the hot fix comes out Or, if you have enough stardust and dont care, go ahead and grow them. They present no issue with the stability of the game, just an unintended expenditure of resources that may catch players off guard.

August 29 UPDATE So it may be possible that Reporter may not work on the last day of the month. Im basing this on a couple of players ahead of us in the time zones saying their Reporter is not working and that a reboot/restart of the device does not fix it.... If you open Reporter on the 31st and get a blank calendar, do not try to collect. Itll just lock up the game. Simply exit out and fill out a trouble ticket. I have every confidence that Popreach will make things right - in that the promised 10 berries due in Sept, plus the gift you should get on day 31 will come eventually. I cant promise anything beyond that (and am kinda over stepping my bounds making a promise based on something I have zero control over.) Hopefully Ill wake up tomorrow morning to a bunch of people telling me how wrong I am and that things are working just fine. But if not I wanted people to be prepared.

DEVELOPER UPDATE The server glitch with Reporter, Postman and in App stores has been fixed. All players should now be able to collect from Reporter. Please know that players will need to pay the SB to catch up and will not get the prizes for the past couple of days. Unfortunately this is how Reporter works. We do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. But do please keep an eye on Reporter and be sure to check him every day. Popreach plans to award every active player wit...h 10 smurfberries to compensate them for what they have to spend to catch up as well as a few extra as an apology for the inconvenience the past couple of days. If you still cannot collect from reporter try to reboot your device and if that does not work then please fill out a support ticket so the customer service team can help you. Possible glitch with Reporter and Postman. (Postman is a VIP only hut). I have experienced on all 3 of my games, Reporters calendar being blank and Postman telling me that the device time is wrong. I was able to reboot my devices and get things back to right. On another one I just waited and tried back in a few minutes. Both Reporter and Postman depend on the game contacting Popreachs servers, so its possible that glitch is due to something being slow on their end. For others that experience it, try back in a bit, perhaps reboot your game and see if it clears up. If it does not then please fill out a trouble ticket. Freebie Link

UPDATE AUG 25 It is a server issue that not only affects Reporter and Postman, but also in app purchases. Popreach is working on the issue but since this is a server issue it may come down to parts. I havent spoken to them this morning, but servers are physical devices that can break and that may be the case here. They do want to fix it and are doing all they can. Players are urged to be patient please. If you do check reporter and see A blank calendar, the best thing to do ...is to not try to collect but simply exit out of Reporter. If you do tap collect, you will need to restart your game (as in force quit so it boots back up from the main Gargamel chasing a smurf page.)
