UPDATE Custom Ticket Refund Error & Action Guide Hello everyone, Following recent announcement regarding the custom draw ticket refund error, we have received a lot of feedback.... Thus, there have been some changes made --- Description Custom Tickets were meant to be sent out as a refund for those who used the Exclusion prior to the REBORN update. However, there was an error that was discovered, and for some users, more Custom Tickets were sent than intended. We now plan to retrieve all the tickets that were sent out. However, since this is is a heavy operation, it will require us to do it during the larger update scheduled on Aug. 26th. [Action Plan] 1. 400 Custom Draw Tickets will be sent to all users after the Aug. 26th maintenance is completed. - It will be sent to the Inbox and can be collected after the maintenance - Newly created accounts after this period will have the 400 Custom Draw Tickets added to New User Attendance so they do not miss out 2.
