Most importantly, please note that the balancing for Dalgi was meant to be Increases the ally teams MAX HP by 30% and action speed by 15% with a pass for 6 min, in addition to applying 1 count on cumulative active shoot count with a 100% chance. Prior, it was listed as both the MAX HP and action speed being reduced to 15% This was never the intention, and was simply presented incorrectly in the patch notes.
