Destroying enemy ships is technically a victory, but then you can't loot their cargo, ransom their crew, or conscript them. And it carries the largest reputation penalty from ship combat in the gamealright, so which faction do you go "no mercy" on anyways?

We had two big updates last week including the addition of 3 new top tier gear that officers or *CREW* can equip, a rebalance to Void Engines, and fixes including the "free fuel" bug (although we hope you enjoyed the free travels while it lasted). Link
