Were sad to inform that Eight-Minute Empire has been temporarily removed from the Nintendo eShop in all European countries. This is because IARC deemed the Rating of the game in Russia to be 12+ (Contains Violence) as opposed to the previous 0+, and the rating jump of 2 stages results in immediate removal of the game from the store in a given region - in this case, Europe. We will do very best to bring Eight-Minute Empire back to the European stores as soon as possible. ...We apologize for any inconvenience. Eight-Minute Empire is still available in other regions, as the Rating problem was specific to Russia, therefore the European region. Those who have already bought the game will still have access to it just fine.

Its goal is to improve the quality of life during online play by adding some much asked for features and functionalities. The changes are as follows:... - Asynchronous play - an inactive player will be removed by the server after 48 hours without making a move. No more unfinished games limbo! - When creating a room a maximum amount of players can be set. - The games will start automatically once the maximum amount of players is reached. The creator of a room no longer has to manually start the game. - Synchronous play - the timer has been reworked. Now a player will be removed from the game only if they go offline (willingly or due to a disconnect) for three minutes. - Fixed a bug that caused some players not seeing certain rooms from the Open Rooms list. - Soon - possible cross-platform online play with the Nintendo Switch players (27.08.2019).

The first ever Istanbul Digital Edition Online Tournament is officially over! Here you have the replay of the final match as well as some cool data. Congratulations to the winner who goes by the name of NinjaAs! Congratulations to the rest of the finalists - Vitto, mexicola and Link . Congratulations to everyone who got to the Championship Phase - 25 best Istanbul players in the world. And congratulations to everybody who joined and played through their matches in the ...entire tournament! We can not stress enough how awesome of an experience it was to run this event. Players from, quite literally, around the globe signed up and played. In the final match alone there were players from three different continents! And Twenty different time zones were represented in the tournament overall! As to some funny data The Championship Phase shaped as follows 1. 148 rubies were gathered throughout the quarter finals, semi finals and in the Grand Final. 2. The shortest match in the Championship Phase took 16 rounds, the longest 2 - and they were five players matches, mind. 3. The average number of rounds was 17.5. 3. The most wins went to the red player, that includes, quite fittingly, the Grand Final. And finally, the prizes! Amongst the spoils were 4 for various games, and thanks to the generosity of friends at Pegasus Spiele, two Istanbul Big Boxes and two regular Istanbul tabletop game boxes are being sent to the finalists. Let me also take this moment to officially thank Link , Link and Link for helping us with this entire event. Youre awesome! Its been a wild ride, and who knows, mayhaps it was not the last one like this? Let us know if you would like to play in another event of this kind. Maybe a different format? Maybe another game?
