WINTER FAIR ANSWERS The long-awaited Winter Fair has finally opened its doors to all islanders! And to help you find your feet among all its festive hustle and bustle, weve prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions! How do I participate in the Winter Fair Festival?At Level 10, the magical Sleigh will appear on the small winter islet at Home. Click on it and set off for the grand celebration by clicking the Travel button. How can I get Tickets to the Fair?You can get 9 Tickets from the gift that appears beside the Sleigh every day. You can also find Tickets in Caches scattered across both Festival islands or use Diamonds to obtain them in the Sleigh window right before setting off for the Winter Fair. How to bring the ingredients for making the treats at the Winter Fair?On your Home Island, click on the Sleigh, then choose 'Load' from the menu at the top and move the required items from your Storage (on the left) onto the Sleigh (on the right). Travel to the Fair with the items in your Sleigh, and they will be available for cooking there.Please note that you have to load these items onto the Sleigh, not the Boat. How does the Hot Spring at the Winter Fair work?The Hot Spring can restore your Strength. Over the course of the Festival, you can get up to 2000 Strength from it, after which the Spring will stop working. The Strength that is available for taking is stored in a separate tank that can hold up to 200 at a time. That means that, once you use up 200 Strength, you have to wait for the Spring to recharge it transfers Strength from the main pool to the tank at a rate of 1 Strength per 15 minutes. Not all of my Snowball fight victories and Ice Sculptures are counted in their respective quests. Why?There might be several reasons for this. Probably, you decided to engage in the Winter Fair activities as soon as you got there. In this case, your victories and Sculptures dont count unless you receive quests related to them. All the Elves quests consist of 2 parts. In the initial part, you have to win only 1 Snowball fight and carve only 1 Ice Sculpture and these dont count in the second part of the quests, where the counter starts from 0. How many islands must be completed to get the main reward?Just one the Island of the Snow Queen. What is the reward for completing all the quests on the Island of the Snow Queen?The final reward is a new pet Polaris the Owl. She will be bringing you gifts (Energy, Diamonds, Experience, and other resources), depending on what you choose to feed her with (Energy, Hot Chocolate, or Chocolate Cupcakes). How to bring Cinnamon, Ginger, Cranberries, and Ice from the Island of the Snow Queen to the Winter Fair?All these resources get added to the Winter Fair storage automatically, so you dont have to transport them manually. Do I have to defeat all the Sundews on the Island of the Snow Queen to progress further into the questline?Yes, to complete the island, you have to defeat them all. Do victories over Ice Sundews count towards completing the related Botany Badge?Yes, your victories count. If you have defeated your first Sundew on the island and restored Ayras Hut on the Island of the Plant Kingdom before, you can travel there to claim 50 Diamonds for your victory! How can I spend Elven Snowflakes and Queens Snowflakes?You can exchange your Snowflakes for the various Festival prizes in the Shop under the Festival tab. They include decorations, festive Chalet variants for your Bungalow, Florins, and even a pet - Toffee the cat. How to collect Queens Snowflakes? Complete the Northern Elves quests at the Fair; Make Top 10 in the Winter Competitions; Win the triple jackpot at the Christmas Trees Wheel of Fortune; Once you reach Festival Level 25, youll be able to exchange Elven Snowflakes for a Queens Snowflake once in four days. How can I get Christmas Tree Ornaments from my Neighbors?On your Home Island, click on the gift icon on the bottom panel and then choose Send and accept all gifts. This way youll send Ornaments to your Neighbors and receive those already sent to you. I see I can obtain Toffees Couch from the Festival Shop. But what about the cat herself?Dont worry, you get both the pet and her couch which you can place on your island right away. Will the Christmas Tree received from Elves stay on my island after the Festival ends?Elves brought this tree from a faraway northern island, so the tropical climate doesnt quite fit it. Because of this, Elves will take it back with them. Hopefully, theyll bring it again a year later! RECENT IN-GAME CHANGESOur hospitable tropical archipelago is changing thanks to, in no small part, to your feedback, islanders! Recently, a few new features have been added to the game The Pastry Shop received a brand-new design that fits your tropical island better than before. Players of level 19 and above, hurry up to check out its new look! Even more Flags of different countries are now available in the Flagpole menu. To get this decoration, you have to complete the Island of the Pirate Cove (available from level 17).New additions are coming in the future. Stay tuned for the news on Fan Page we'll certainly inform you about all upcoming changes. Thank you for your eagerness to play, islanders!
