Resistance! Over the weekend, players in certain countries were unable to log into the Asia servers due to server network issues. If you are one of the players who could not access the game over the weekend, please send a message to Angel Stone Support ... via official Discord channel by the end of this week. Once we collect all the users who have had issues and verify, we will send compensation of 10,000 carats for the inconvenience. Also, because of the general instability of the Asia servers, we will send 1,000 carats to all players in the server when they connect. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will continue to do best to ensure a stable and enjoyable game to all!

Resistance! We have worked with the service providers and resolved the issue with the Europe and America server logins! We have sent 10,000 carats as an apology for the inconvenience caused!... Resistance! As some of you may know there has been some issues with being able to load the game for certain users. After contacting the server providers, it has been made aware that it is an issue with the server providers and not the game itself. We are currently working on resolving the issue with them and will provide ample compensation for the inconvenience caused.... Please note that other games that use the same server providers may have the same issue as well. Once it has been resolved, we will let everyone know and send out the compensation. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience!

We will be having a maintenance break for the Asia Server on July 15th @ 15:00 KST (06:00 UTC) for approximately 2 hours to resolve an issue with redeeming compensation in the mailbox.... - Before Maintenance Compensation is sent in order of when it was purchased - After Maintenance Compensation order will be the following - Gold, Carat Free Purchase Ticket Item Angel Stones Stamina, Skip Ticket * The order will also be changed for those who have already received the compensation - We will also update the issue with the Akvan and automatically make it so that he can be cleared We thank you for your understanding and patience!

Resistance! The Asia server is now open! As we have stated, each user's account will receive an equivalent of 5,000 carats / day from the January 1st ~ July 10. If you created an account after the date, you will receive 5,000 carats from the date of your account's creation until the server's reopening.... Also, all items purchased during the period, will be reimbursed 5x the value of the original purchase. - Example If an item was purchased for 100 carats, we will reimburse 500 carats for that lost item * For certain items that cannot be fully paid, the value will be converted into the carat equivalent and multiplied by 5x * Items such as Angel Stones will be paid in bulk by a multiple of 5x as well * Discontinued items will be replaced and converted to 5x multiple too * Purchased items used during the period that has been lost will be paid 5x as well (If you paid for 6 months worth of items, it will be reimbursed 5x - 30 months) In addition, we have also set aside special event for everyone in the Asia server as well. During the Event Period (7/9 ~ 8/11 Asia Server Time), enjoy the following - 200% EXP Boost in all missions - 200% Gold Boost in Story Mode Missions, Raids, Party Missions, and Battlezone - 50% Discount on Retry Reinforcement - 50% Discount on Equipment Reinforcement - 50% Discount on Equipment Forging - 1+1 Angel Stone Drop in Story Mode Missions - All Daily Dungeons will be open Once again, we apologize for the huge inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding!
