A Hello. strategy is based a lot on trusting each member. The unity and communication matters a lot, along with making members responsible. Training and managing different people leads to a powerful and successful group. Q You are a well-known player in the Romanian community, how did you become Leader and what are the qualities of a good one? A Any recognition is good, sometimes even the negative one. You become a Leader first by puttin yourself in the shoes of those that you want to lead. Your team makes you a Leader, not otherwise. Consistency and loyalty should not miss from a Leader. Q What sort of members do you look for? A Those who want to join my Group need to first respect it and its' rules.
