Things begin to look brighter with only one month left for The White Door. And we hope you are as excited as we are! The game is completely different than anything we have made so far and we had to overcome a lot struggles with the development of the game the new style, the topdown view, the puzzle mechanics, the absence of an inventory and the way of telling a story. But the last couple of months we are becoming very proud of what we achieved and we cannot wait to let you enter The White Door. But first there are still a lot of bugs that needs to be fixed...

Dear fans, unfortunately due personal circumstances we have to postpone the release date of The White Door to January 9, 2020. The past weeks we were unable to work as we are used too, leaving no other option to take a bit more time. We strongly believe delaying the game will be better for well being but also the quality of the game, as we would normally crunch the last 4 weeks to the release date (and the weeks after). Not releasing any game this year makes us sad, but knowing what awesome projects we have in the pipeline, we are sure we will not let you down next year. Thanks for your support!

We helped a friend propose through The White Door A friend asked us if we could make special test version, in which he could propose to her on their 10 year anniversary. His GF is big fan of the RL series and that night she could testplay the game for the first time..... Luckily she said yes! We wish Dylan and Laura a happy marriage!

We just came back from Gamescom and we want to thank everyone that played the demo and gave feedback.Of course we also want to thank everyone at the Indie Arena Booth for having us on such a great showcase! We also want to thank everyone for the overwhelming support on the teaser trailer We have been very excited to share it with you. The game has a bit different style than previous games; interactions and narrative play important role in the overall gameplay experienc...e. But we are making sure it feels like a Rusty Lake game, but this time the focus is a bit more on the narrative part. We are now going back to work! The exact release date is still depending how much we get done next month. Feel free to wishlist the game now on Steam, this will help us a lot Link Ps. Don't worry, the story has (a lot of) connections with the Rusty Lake universe.
