His account got blocked at that time. But at that time, the game has a critical bug Frozen App bug. Zosev asked us to unblock his account, and use the "automated program" to trace on the bug. (His account will be blocked again after done the task) That was really help, and at the end. We solved the Frozen App bug. We did not block his account again, because that was really help. Still, automated program is not allowed. If he uses it again, the account surely gone. Recently, this is another situation about Zosev. Currently, he helps us to make tutorial videos, to help the new players also the community, we all know it.
