Hello, everyone We sincerely apologies for the "score bug" from Guild Battle. **** Please send the screenshot of your Battle records to me privately ****... Still, we can't modify anything which relates to Guild Battle section. So, we decided to send compensation to Guild who get lose because of the bug. Now Guilds have 2 choices 1. if the guild needs points and rank, you can keeping doing GB. 2. if the guild who needs compensation (same value to Win rewards - Pro/Com/King soulstone and Almighty soulstone + additional rewards) can stop doing GB from this time, because you surely got it from compensation. His account got blocked at that time. But at that time, the game has a critical bug Frozen App bug. Zosev asked us to unblock his account, and use the "automated program" to trace on the bug. (His account will be blocked again after done the task) That was really help, and at the end. We solved the Frozen App bug. We did not block his account again, because that was really help. Still, automated program is not allowed. If he uses it again, the account surely gone. Recently, this is another situation about Zosev. Currently, he helps us to make tutorial videos, to help the new players also the community, we all know it. Please follow the link below Link After, we received some reports about "oneself boost crystals from Infinite Dungeon". And I have to put it into Policy. Now, even if Zosev account stopped doing it for long time ago, he still contact us and request to block his account, like set an example to everyone. He feels free to let his all accounts gone.
