Its because of many reported issues in older versions. * Added a new option to check your country information and we allow you to update your leader title and country flag.... Also we added in the screen option that will reset your leader data. This screen also shows all the cool downs data and we plan to extend this screen and add more options in the future. Important to know to update the leader title or flag you can allow once every month. To reset the player country data you will need to enter random code that you sure you want to reset your country data, once you do it all your leader data will reset and you will need to create your country again with country name,leader name, government type etc...the player number and the tokens status will be kept. Please be careful with this option to reset your leader because we cannot rollback, do it only if you 100% sure you want to restart as new leader. * Fixed issues with flags not showing when checking leader data. * From now deposit money into the alliance bank will require that you will have a minimum 1000 land. * Fixed reported issues and continue to improve Artificial Intelligence. * Later this week we will start working on a full game tutorial and many more options to come. We invested a lot of time on the war section to help you build your leadership skills. You can see more screenshots from the war room screen... War room In the war room you can send your army to attack your enemies and conquer land. More land you will have then more powerful your country will be. Attack Rules * You can send a new attack after the cool down time ends. * Before attacking please check the minimum requirements for that particular attack. * You cannot attack your allies or friendly countries. * If you are at war with multiple counties, your army will engage each country separately. Attack power range The target countries you can attack depend on your country total power and its mean more power you will have then more powerful countries you will have to face. * You can also search for country which do not appear in the list by typing the Country ID. * The system will not allow you to attack countries that are significantly stronger or weaker than your country. * In case of aircraft carriers it will double your power range of attack. Border Skirmish (New) 500 APCs loaded with troops will try to expand your country border. * 500 APCs + 10,000 troops are the minimums to perform this action. * Mission's chance of success depends on enemy APC and troops technology level and quantity. Attack steps Step 1 - The APCs try to penetrate the enemy land and to unload the troops close to the target area. Step 2 - The troops try to conquer some land. If the attack succeeds, your troops will expand your country borders. 1-3% of enemy free land will be conquered. The official release date for the beta of the game will be in end of August. See messages you got from other leaders and also you can see list of messages you sent. * The contact will allow you to contact the player in game using list of translated messages. The idea is that you will send the message in your language and the system will automatic translate your message to the player language. (This way we plan to support over 35 languages worldwide) 2. Contact other world leaders and offer them of the following (multiple options allowed) * Trade partners, Research partners, no spying agreement, united nations partners, friendship (no attacking) and allies. (Each option will allow you to do things with the leader if he/she agree) 3. Allow to send shipments of resources, weapons and money to allies. * This will allow spies and covert attacks to capture shipments of other countries. 4. Search leaders by number or by country name and see list of all needed diplomacy data. 5. You will have option to spy on other players diplomacy actions. 6. You will have list of your partners and you can promote the partnership or reduce it. 7. In case you are allied with other countries you will be able to see country economy and military status. Show your true leadership skills...all countries start from zero.... * Because we got many complains about the turns based multiplayer we decided to take it off until we will check it completely...We suspect that players that play from Proxy or VPN cannot access servers. * In world empire 2027 we fixed issues with demanding from allies to attack other in case they refuse the diplomacy data was corrupted. * Updated countries armies, relations and economy based on real data. * Fixed reported bugs and continue to improved the Artificial Intelligence. Shipments The shipments goal is to help your allies to build their countries and in case of war to help them win. * Its take to shipment 24 hours until its arrive to destination. * You can send shipments only to countries that you have alliance partnership with them. * The shipment can contain resources or weapons. (One type only) * The quantity of the shipment can max 10% from the type selected. * Once the shipment will arrive the leader must claim it in 24 hours or it will come back automatically. * Country can get multiple shipments at the same time but can send one shipment every time. * Only when the shipment arrive the country can send another one. * Commando troops can capture shipments of enemy countries. * Satellites can detect shipments of other countries. * Countries that have blockade cannot get shipments. In the game you will have resources, factories, stock exchange, weapons markets you can build/sell/buy..., alliances and much more...
