[Notice Construction Speed Buff Issue] Hello, this is the Ocean & Empires Team. First, we apologize for the issue regarding the construction buff discrimination to some servers. Since the beginning of the event, many lords have told us the unfairness of the different construction buff. Thus, we discussed internally about giving the title and giving out better rewards. However, applying both issues take a lot of time and cannot be applied right now.... The whole purpose of the buff discrimination was to encourage United Empires and ordinary Empire servers to grow. Like the other users told us, we were also concerning the unfairness issue and tried to find another solution.
