New Flashpoint Task Forces Maximize your Special Operatives! SYNDICATE HIGH PRIORITY MESSAGE... Commander, These Flashpoints are getting out of control. To counter the threat, we've authorized the assembly of Flashpoint Task Forces. Now, you can organize your Special Operatives and send them on Deployments, where they can engage Flashpoints at their own discretion. They'll keep engaging Flashpoints and obtain XP, Hiring Bonds, and Energy until the Deployment ends. To access Flashpoint Task Forces, you need to unlock Special Operatives and finish all tutorial Special Operative Operations first. To start a Deployment, you must apply a Task Force Activator (7 or 30 days). You can get these from certain Special Offers. You'll also get a Task Force Activator (7 days) as a reward once you complete the first Flashpoint Task Force Operation. To activate a Task Force, go to the Flashpoints tab of the Special Operatives Window and apply a Task Force Activator. Then, you can select the Special Operatives you want to Deploy. You can view the progress of the Deployment from the Flashpoints tab. You can also start or recall as many Deployments as you like while the Flashpoint Task Force is active. There are two types of Deployments Solo and Group Deployments. Solo Deployments allow you to send out a lone Special Operative. This Special Operative will automatically engage Flashpoints until the Deployment is finished. You can send Special Operatives that are the maximum Level for their Rank on Solo Deployments to earn Hiring Bonds and Energy, but they will not earn any XP. Group Deployments can include up to 10 Special Operatives of any Level. They will engage Flashpoints one by one until the Deployment is finished. If a Special Operative reaches the maximum Level for their Rank during the Deployment, they will no longer fight. The rest of the participating Special Operatives will continue to engage until either the Deployment finishes, you run out of energy, or they reach the max level for their Rank. You cannot send Special Operatives that are already at the maximum Level for their Rank on Group Deployments. Your Special Operatives are waiting, Commander. Plarium's plans for its strategy games once browsers stop supporting Flash In 2 Adobe announced that they would stop developing Flash. By December 2 Flash will no longer be supported by any web browser. As many of you know, most of Plariums strategy games run on the Flash engine. If the browsers block Flash, it would spell the end of an incredible gaming community. It would be a disaster, and were not about to let it happen. Adobe suggested we transfer games fro...m Flash to WebGL to avoid the problem entirely. As an experiment, we began to transfer one of games - Sparta War of Empires - to WebGL in the middle of 2 It took 2 years, and the results were disappointing. The WebGL engine was not as powerful as Flash the minimum system requirements went up, the visual quality went down, the load times were 5-7 times longer, and the game was much less responsive. After 3 years of awesome gameplay, players had come to expect more. WebGL would not do! top priority was, and will always be, the development of high-quality games for players. WebGL was unacceptable, so we built an alternative Plarium Play, an independent desktop application. It enables us to safely and reliably use Flash even after Adobe stops supporting the engine. Its convenient for you, its convenient for us, and its already the solution being implemented by others facing this problem. What does this mean? Chrome will support Flash till the end of 2 We recommend switching to Chrome if your browser cuts support early. Players who are currently playing on Link should switch directly to Plarium Play as soon as possible. Players who are using Link should switch to Facebooks Gameroom application. Hello, commanders! I know that a lot of you ask why we offer to play the game using Facebook Gameroom. Let us clarify this situation for you. We are not forcing you to start playing there. You can still play the game directly via Facebook. We are showing you one more opportunity how you can play Soldiers Inc.... The thing is that Flash engine might become unavailable for browsers in the future as Adobe is now planning to remove support for Flash fully by the end of 2 That's why it's a good idea to download Gameroom and play there. So if you do start playing Soldiers Inc there, please let us know your feedback. Please report bugs if you encounter any.
