As the teacher of Naruto and Minato, Jiraiya trained two Hokages. Although, as one of the Konoha Sannin, he is adept in sage mode, he still cannot defeat the Six Paths of Pain during their fight. Some people say the most basic reason for his failure is that he recklessly chooses to risk his life with the lack of enough understanding of Pains abilities. Birthday, Jugo! Jugo was onced saved by Kimimaro and they became best friends. Kimimaro also became Jugos important spiritual dependence. After Kimimaro died, Jugo was rescued by Sasuke and thus he began to follow his rescuer.
