Here is another set of answers to your frequently asked questions. We took the most popular questions from last week we also have some more information about bugs. Last week you saw a message in game about bans in towns. This was a mistake. We caught a bug when we sent a message to a town whose leader is a cheater and because of it, the message was sent to all players instead of that town. When we ban a town for real, it cannot gain trophies in the Festival and the leader... is usually banned too. Which can result in the treasure trove becoming inactive. The wrong message was deleted in the first 10 minutes and players received another message with an apology. We have also fixed that system so that similar cases dont happen again. You have reported that the pop-up Special Offer with the multi-cup equipment shows up way too often. We have noticed it too and will remove it with the next update. The game freezes when you try to rearrange the furniture - this happens on Android devices and in most cases, when the cafe is full of furniture. Unfortunately, we havent found the solution to it yet. It may occur when blocking important cafe areas. If you free the way, you will not face the freeze. However, when you free it, your game may still have to freeze for a while. Customers dont come into the cafe when its open. This often happens when a guest (Charlotte or Diego) is standing near the entrance, often at the start of the game. This looks quite strange and we are still resolving this and you dont have to worry - customers come back in a very short time, just keep playing and they will come back! Some of the accounts were reset due to numerous refunds recently. This is not a bug. Since we support fair play, if players are abusing the refund policy then we need to take action. For instance, some players could complete Festival tasks with 5 Gold Gifts or take an Annual Subscription. Even if we remove that content from their accounts, they still used this opportunity to win in an unfair way. As a reminder, please note that we regularly check the refunds and must support fair play. Speaking of fair play, we have also improved cheat detector and will be happy to see it in action starting from the next update. You report a lot of towns and it takes us a lot of time to check the players in towns for cheating. Now we hope that we will be able to process it quicker and help more players with fair play cases. Also, feel free to contact support service or admins if you know the sources or mechanisms for cheats. This will help us improve service.
