Hi guys! As you know, the midweek festival has been very bumpy so far. This post will serve to address common questions and discuss some reactions in groups. Most of community moderators and admins volunteer to help groups. The server issues are incredibly difficult for everyone and we kindly ask for your patience. Many of admin teams are overwhelmed, but are doing their best to help. Please remember to follow the group rules and be respectful. Only so much can be d...one, but we'll keep you updated as we know more. Question & Answer (Support link - Freebie Link ) Q - I had a task in progress when the fest started, but it was canceled with the festival. What should I do? A - We are so sorry to hear that your first task was forcibly canceled with the server issues. We ask that you contact support team with the above mentioned link so that we can take a closer look at this for you. Support will be able to see the resource logs on your game and take action from there. Please be mindful that you may receive an automatic response at first. Reply to the ticket if your issue isn't solved. Q - I lost progress on a task, what should I do? A - You have two choices here. You may contact support to have task progression added or you can cancel the task and request the 50 diamonds to be returned. Q - Why am I missing trophies? What should I do? A - Missing trophies will be automatically added to the festival before it ends and is a result of server instability. You can still play as normal. Q - Will there be compensation? A - At this point, we cannot confirm or deny any compensation. But please stay tuned to groups for more information. Q - Why wasn't the festival canceled? Will it be extended? A - Many players had already spent money and resources in the festival, so it was very important to restore servers. Canceled festivals are incredibly rare and we'll be sure to let you know if it will happen. The festival cannot be extended, otherwise it will overlap with the weekend festival. Q - Why should I contact support? A - It's truly optional to contact support, but every player has a different situation. For that reason, it's a case by case basis. We hope that this answers your questions. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask. We want to thank you for your patience and promise to continue keeping you informed.

To do so, you need to visit Google Play and choose My Caf. If you see the Update icon Congrats! You are the chosen one and can start testing the game!... Important! It is not necessary to participate in testing! If you see the Update icon, but dont want to test the game simply ignore the message. My Cafe Game is hosting a Festival Marathon, again! Every township can participate, and the great thing is that there will be both individual and township prizes! There will be a total of FIVE festivals back to back in April. This means that not only will there be a weekend festival, but there will be festivals on weekdays too! Hey guys! We have decided to launch an additional mid-week festival this week. Starting today, at 11.00 UTC and finishing on April 9th, 11.00 UTC ... Important Details Your town will not move up or down a league by the results of the festival - your league will stay the same. This festival will allow you to earn additional diamonds from fulfilling tasks and you can also compete in the regatta to get extra festival rewards for your township. The Barista Challenge and the Bunny Game will help you with some of the tasks! Trophies earned during this festival count toward the season. This festival is not part of the Festival Marathon, which is going to start on April 10th. Please stay tuned, and thank you for spending time with My Caf! Disclaimer After the recent festival, please be prepared for server stability. In the event it does occur; Delay taking tasks until news is shared. Avoid purchases until news is shared. Avoid entering the game until news is shared. If you submitted a task and the trophies aren't there, it will be automatically added by the end of the fest. Hi guys! We have some important general game issues to address. But first, if you have any festival issues, see this post ... If your question isn't answered, comment it down below. Please read it carefully. General Game Issues Contacting Support - Please do not contact support about any issues we have stated here or on the recent post. Only do so if otherwise stated. Support is dealing with thousands of issues and will resolve your issue as soon as possible. Please also keep in mind the number of tickets you create. Creating an additional ticket will NOT speed up the process. In fact, it will only delay it for you. Please create just one ticket and wait. We promise that support will get to you. Freebie Link Incorrect Tasks - When you look at an opponent's balloon, it may seem like they have too many tasks (some instances show over 40+/40 possible tasks). This is a bug from the server issues and will be resolved soon. Township Phone Orders - Some of you may only see one township phone order. We are looking into it and that should be resolved soon. Purchases - There are errors in the processing of purchases by iOS and Google. The problem occurred on their side and they are doing their best to solve it. Unfortunately we, Melsoft Games, can't influence this process in any way. If you don't receive your purchase within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the App Store or Google Play support for a refund. We understand that players are facing a lot of issues, and we are doing best to restore the servers. Some Common Comments & Concerns - All trophies are not shown correctly now and we need to wait for the server to restore to bring the trophies back.... - In-game mail can be unavailable and it will be back when the servers are restored. - Game chats can become unavailable and they will be back when the servers are restored. - The Bunny Game can disappear and come back in a couple of seconds. - All payments may be lagging, so you may want to wait until the server is restored. To those who have lost something (i.e. diamonds) - please report to support service. We also have an important message about it We have noticed that when a player takes a paid festival task from the cafe and there are not enough diamonds on it - the game can crash.
