Dear players, We have faced a lot of issues in Support service now, and we are doing best to resolve them as soon as possible. We resolve around 700 requests daily, depending on the situation in the game, and we are planning to resolve more. We are restructuring service to provide better help to the players, and we will be happy to announce the changes to you in the future.... So far, those are some tips that may help you if you have an issue please follow the news on social media. If anything happens in the game and affects a lot of players, social media groups will make news about it and will give you instructions about what can be done to resolve your issue; you can get advice in groups about how to contact Support service, and which info to provide. However, you can only get advice from the groups. If you need something to be changed for your accounts - please contact Support service directly; it takes some time to process the requests right now, but we can do it faster when you submit one request per issue and follow the instructions from Support directly. If you choose a different issue type, it may take longer to process your request; We process issues connected to festivals and payments in the first turn, to provide help on time. However, if your issue doesnt concern this, it may take longer to process your request; One of main goals is to provide game stability and great service to players, and we are doing best to overcome those challenges in the near future.
