If you can do this on your gym floor mat, thats the best-case scenario. Step 1 Grab your funnel and secure it with tape to the top of the base opening.Step 2 ***LIFE HACK*** Put your bag of sand on top of the table, which is taller than the base, and use your scissors to cut a small opening at the edge of the bag. Let gravity do the work!Step 3 Inbetween bags make sure to shake the base so that the sand is an even layer inside. If you let it pile up it creates the illusion that your base is full when its far from it.Step 4 Add water! To have the most secure and steady training, dry sand + water will give you 400lbs of support.
