Sweet Potato Banana Cookies 2 tbs almond butter (peanut butter works too) 30g dark chocolate 1 banana... sweet potato (yam) (100g) 1 whole egg 1 tsp cinnamon Cook sweet potato (peeled) ahead of time. Preheat the oven to 350F / 180C and prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potato, banana, nut butter, eggs and cinnamon. Combine well and add in the chopped dark chocolate. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges start to brown. Enjoy as a pre- or post-workout snack!

Healthy Banana Bread Recipe 2 eggs 2 large ripe bananas 1 cups whole wheat flour... cup Medjool dates cup melted coconut oil cup milk (plant based alternative) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract salt Combine the wet ingredients, once well combined add in the flour. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake in the oven for 55 minutes at 325F.
