Review of the day "While I dont use the meal planning feature, since I already have a lot of education in nutrition and dont find it difficult to stick to a healthy diet, the exercise plans are phenomenal. I was never the type to be active in the first place. I had a difficult time with workouts since I didnt know how much to do or how long to do it and I found a lot of charts and such useless. However, this app provides exercises suited to your needs and experience. No... workout is the same (mundaneness was another part I dreaded about workouts) and each one gets me moving. On top of that, they dont exceed 15 minutes or so! I have finished my workout before I could even think that I was working out!! Please get it if you are struggling with finding fun, effective ways of getting active regularly!"

Review of the day "Feeling good It has been 2 weeks of sticking to 3-4 times a week. Did not lost weight but feel a heck better and feel fit. That is all that matter." For us, it's most important that your feel energized and strong... losing weight is an added perk (should that be your goal).

Here's your formula for an easy vegan meal prep session. You only need three key ingredients 1. Rice. Choose white, brown or a wild rice. The latter two are higher in fiber and nutritional value, so we recommend those. About 1/2 cup cooked will do. 2. Veggies. Choose your favorite veggies and keep them raw, bake them, or grill them. Serve up anything between 3/4 and 1 cup's worth. 3. Legumes. We love lentils, chickpeas and black beans. They are all packed with fiber and protein. Cook some up, season to your liking, then add 1/4-1/2 cup to your dish.

Our Harvest Chickpea Salad is great for summer picnics. Learn to make the 400-calorie version below. Download app (link in bio) for a recipe tailored to your needs 1 apple 1 celery stick 1/4 cup garbanzo beans (chickpeas)... 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt 3 walnuts 2 Tbsp raisins pinch of salt pinch of pepper 1 tsp mint 1 small lemon, juiced 1. Wash, remove core, and chop apple. Wash, remove stem, and chop celery. Drain garbanzo beans. 2. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, garbanzo beans*, celery, apple, walnuts, raisins, seasonings (salt, pepper, mint), and lemon juice. 3. Eat now or take to-go! *Mash the garbanzo beans for a more tuna-salad-like texture.
